Guzzling the last of the fizzy water.
We met Christine in Fort Greene Park to hear Beethoven's Pastoral performed by Strings of Brooklyn (photo credit goes to her). Maisie picked all the tomatoes out of the salad while Geneva played a stick violin, made us play stick trumpet while she conducted, and plopped herself down next to other people's blankets and made many new friends.
