She must have secrect aspirations to be a beatboxer when she grows up. When the red light of the camera isn't distracting her, she makes this noise over and over and over.

A type of vocal percussion popular in the 80's which originated in NYC. Hip-hop artists started to vocally emulate the electronic drum machines called "beat boxes". If you're familiar with Bobby McFerrin's "Don't Worry Be Happy" - he's doing beatboxing in that song.
